Neha Dhupia got herself some negative publicity with the film Julie and the response was so bad that it ruined her Bollywood career for good. She has appeared in a few films like Mithya and Shootout at Lokhandwala, but they have either been very niche films or she has had short, supporting roles.

Sanjay Kapoor may have had the backing of brothers Anil and Boney Kapoor, but that didn't take him very far in Bollywood. His first film Raja was a big hit, but little else was after that though he managed minor success with films like Mohabbat and Auzaar. After many forgettable films, he emerged in a guest appearance in Kal Ho Naa Ho and recently in a supporting role in Luck By Chance where he plays a character very close to his person.
