Pop Singer Shakira's new boyfriend, football ace Gerard Pique has finally opened up about their romance, revealing the couple is 'very happy'.

Pique has now spoken out about the relationship, revealing he is trying to get used to the increased attention since he has started dating the superstar.

Acknowledging Shakira's gushing posts on the microblogging site about him, Pique said: 'She simply wants to show that we are in a good place, that I am very happy and so is she, and that's all.'
